A Film House is a place for ideas and dreams, a home for unique author-driven projects, a creative powerhouse dedicated to the art of storytelling through exceptional production design, prop making and art direction.

I'm Natalia Treviño, a Mexican Production Designer based in Brussels. I have a great passion for early cinema décor and their special effects, film history and visual anthropolgy. It all started quite soon, as I was designing scenographies for events with friends. After a few years of Industrial and Product Design studies in Mexico, I graduated as an Art Director and Scenographer from Escuela TAI Madrid in 2009.

My work goes from international co-productions to lower budget shorts or first features, always trying to choose projects that include some sort of magic realism, spirituality, handmade artefacts, rituals...
I specialize in crafting immersive worlds and visual narratives that elevate cinematic experiences and captivate audiences. My team thrives on innovation and originality, fostering an environment where uncommon voices are amplified and visionary authors find a home for their ideas.

Having navigated in all positions of the art department, my main focus is production design and action props, I pay special attention in the main characters belongings and I love to shape the spaces beyond of what is written in the screenplay.
In this house, we believe in pushing the boundaries of traditional storytelling, embracing new forms of expression, and bringing to life the boldest and most daring projects. Our commitment to quality, creativity and collaboration ensures that each project is a unique reflection of an author’s vision, executed with unparalleled craftsmanship under one roof.
